Anyone That Tells You To “Just Go Online,” And Apply Does Not Deserve Your Business.

I understand your needs, and how you feel.  A computer can’t.  There is no computer that can sense how comfortable you are, or understand what your financial goals really mean.  Any loan officer asking you to “apply online, and I’ll get back to you,” should really make you uncomfortable.  They can’t hear the little details of the explanations.   They can’t understand what’s really going on in your financial life if they rely on this information.

….and they probably don’t know what they are doing, or (sadly) they are selling your information to other companies.

I use technology.  You’ve seen this site.  You’ve seen what I have.  Making an apply online site is EASY.  Making a world where no human being helps is SIMPLE.  It winds up being more expensive in the long run because Ditech funding and other sites never close on time.

I take basic information on the computer, but if anyone insists that you interact with a computer and not a person…run away.
